Muriel Sherls

My name is Muriel Sherls and I grew up in Chicago Illinois with my nine brothers and sisters until the tender age of 10. I moved to sunny San Diego, California.  I went to and graduated from  Chula Vista High School. After graduation from high school, my family and I moved back to Chicago Illinois. From then on my life ran it's course into the business, radio, modeling, then eventually the awesome world of fitness. I have always wanted to be a personal trainer. I have always been in excellent condition. Staying in shape. Even after the birth of my son's. Staying in great shape has been apart of my life, all of my life. It is something that keeps me going, and keeps me looking and feeling young. It is a part of my whole being. This is why I continue to help people around my community stay in shape. Eating the right thing is another way that I encourage my clientele to stay in shape too. Soon I want to get all of the certifications, that a fitness professional should seek for and work towards as a goal to having on their resume of the fitness world.
