I currently reside in Yadkinville North Carolina with my husband and our two children. I teach fitness classes at the local YMCA. We enjoy our active lifestyle with family, school, karate classes and church. We also enjoy traveling. I enjoy BODYCOMBAT, yoga, BODYPUMP and P90X LIVE and RPM indoor cycle. I love travel and fitness. Strength training is one of my favorite hobbies.
