Robin Legat

Robin Legat is an eleven-yearveteran roller derby, trainer and coach with the LA Derby Dolls women's roller derby league. Through teaching roller derby, Robin developed a love for training and chose to pursue it as a career so she could help everyone feel as strong, healthy and confident as the athletes she coaches. In 2012, she earned a Fitness Instruction Certificate from UCLA Extension, as well as dual training certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, Robin splits her time coaching and training athletes as well as the general population. Robin also has experience teaching group exercise classes, and is trained to teach TRX suspension training, sculpting and boot camp classes.
