I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and, like most busy moms, must fit my exercise in when and where I can. I enjoy helping other busy moms and professionals do the same. I worked in the non-profit world for 15 years and got a great deal of enjoyment out of that - helping others, dealing with people, etc. After I had my first baby, the 80lbs I gained with my pregnancy didn't seem to come off when he came out. As a result, fitness and getting active became not only a necessity, but a hobby for me. I loved the environment of the gym so much, I dediced to pursue my Group Exercise certification. Once I got my feet wet there, my passion only grew. I got my Personal Trainer certification and have been working as a Trainer and Instructor ever since. I enjoy helping others reach their goals. I love pushing the limits and getting people to see that their bodies are capable of much more than they imagine! I am an AFAA Certifed Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I am a NESTA Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Tabata Bootcamp Certified Instructor, Group Kick Instructor. I also have experience teaching, strength classes, bootcamp style classes, HIIT classes, and senior strength and stretch.
