A fitness fanatic and Zumba Instructor for everyone! Currently located in Salt Lake City area of Utah, where the outdoors and I play. My family has traveled the world and that is where I first met Zumba, on a cruise ship! I teach fitness while on my own fitness journey, and inspire participants. I'm not perfect and don't expect my students to be, just give me your best effort and be consistent. I truly believe fitness is for everyone, fun, and makes life worthwhile! Come join me!
