Yoga is my passion. I plan to continue my education and grow and develop my practice to include kundalini, asthanga, traditional hot, I love it all! I love to share this love with others by teaching and working to inspire students by showing them the immensely positive life changes yoga creates by connecting mind, body and spirit.
