Angela Burns, now a 500 hour Yoga Alliance approved graduate through the certification of Marianne Wells Yoga Alliance School studying 300 hours of Yoga Therapy (The study of healing the body through Yoga & Ayurveda) in Costa Rica,  as well as 200 hours  Hatha Yoga in Baja Mexico at the  Yandara Yoga Institute (also a Yoga Alliance Approved School). These training’s have given her the opportunity to integrate fully into the yogic lifestyle and philosophy, bringing much light and joy to her life and others.
Angela is a Yoga Instructor, Registered Massage Therapist and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Having started with 3 years in Massage Therapy at Algonquin College graduating in 2006, she decided that she could have an even larger impact when she took her clients into personal training, through muscle balancing and remedial exercise. From there realizing that the human body needed a holistic approach to get to the roots of the condition so she ventured into Holistic Lifestyle Coaching receiving certification for Level 1 & 2 of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching through the CHEK Institute based out of San Diego,California. After 4 years of regular yoga practice(4-5 classes a week) in her life she wanted to be able to offer yoga to her clients too so in December of 2009 she took the leap into yoga teacher training and hasn’t looked back since. Having a keen interest in the human’s ability to adapt into a stronger, healthier and become a happier person, she has been able to help many reach and surpass personal goals. Yoga has always intrigued Angela and with practicing personally for over 8 years she feels confident in helping others see the light in yoga. It is one of the most valuable tools anyone can practice in life to create balance in a mind, body, and spirit.
Specializing in Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy, Angela continues to increase her knowledge by taking workshops, courses, and reading daily with much enjoyment.
