Several years ago, if you would have told me that my favorite thing, in the world, to do is cardio, I would have laughed myself into a coughing fit. that is, until I found Zumba. It took me such a long time to walk into that first Zumba class. Very shy, uncomfortable, self conscious, and very overweight. The rest, I guess is history. I'm a gym rat. I like to run, swim, walk and bike, but I LOVE to Zumba. I can't believe it's possible to burn that many calories while having that much fun. I will never stop the Zumba. One of my favorite things to do is to hold Zumbathon Charity Events for special groups. It gets a good group of people together to raise money for a good cause. I am also working on my AFAA Group Fitness Instructor certification.
