I have been teaching yoga since 2010 and have had private practice since 1998. I was trained for my 200 HR-RYT through YogaFit and am working toward my 500 HR-RYT. I began teaching yoga to seniors and people with disabilities as part of a volunteer program. I decided that yoga was my choice career because I could see the benefits of the exercise and gentle stretching to the people I worked with. Slowly, I moved into teaching more yoga, from gentle yoga to power vinyasa. I have had students for many years and I enjoy knowing that their time on the mat is all theirs and dedicated to them. I look forward to each opportunity that I have through yoga and enjoy the many benefits including the meditation and pranayama.
