I have 5 years experience as a Group Fitness instructor and 2 years as a Personal Trainer with the Gaston County YMCA in Gatonia NC. I specialize in the following: Yoga,Step, Muscle Endurance, Sculpting, Cycling, Kickboxing, Dance, HI/LO and HIIT. I hold specialized certifications as well as generalized certification. I teach classes 7 days a week and average 30+ per class. Motivation and inspiration are my strongest attributes. As a Personal Trainer I specialize in strength conditioning, Yoga, athletic conditioning and weight control, Group Circuit Trainiing and Boot Camp. I have a unique passion for fitness that drive participants to my classes and request me for personal training in 5 gyms associated with the Gaston County YMCAand Gold's Gym. I teach Strength and conditioning 5 days per week, Yoga 4 - 6 days perweek, dance based classes 3 days per week, cycling 2 days per week, Step once per week, Kickboxing 1 - 2 days per week.
