I have always had a love for fitness, starting in my teens as a regular at the gym and attending group fitness classes. Taking my love of fitness to a professional level was always a consideration, but with a focus on my medical career, and my family, I put those ideas aside. With the help of the staff and my coworkers at Steve Nash I have become certified as a group fitness instructor and look forward to growing in this profession. As a Front Desk Manager and Club Controller at a high volume gym I lead a busy life, I appreciate every moment I have to incorporate exercise into my life, so as an instructor I strive to make the most of my classes, providing opportunities for my participants to be challenged and grow in their personal journey.
Becoming a fitness instructor is something I have always wanted to do, I should have done it years ago. I love being with the public and I thrive on helping people feel better about themselves. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Specializing in group settings focused on muscle strengthening, cardiovascular conditioning, total-body/multi-joint movements, core conditioning, using a variety of equipment including the Bosu, TRX & Medicine Balls, free weights, straps and tension bands. My main focus is to help fitness enthusiasts and beginers lead a happy, healthy life by providing them with the necessary knowledge, proper techniques, and healthy habits to do so.
Striving to make fitness the best part of everyone's day.
