Meghan McAneny

A lover of movement, being present, and a believer in the power of collective awareness - Meghan is a dedicated teacher and guide

Born in Indiana and relocating several  times while growing up, her perspective was shaped by an array of people, places, and practices. This laid the groundwork for her unique and hybrid style of teaching and her understanding of living today. Meghan shares what inspires her and believes that a commitment to our own personal development is all it takes to make dynamic shifts in our well-being and happiness.

 

On the mat, Meghan offers a dynamic and unique yoga practice full of deep awareness and sweat. Through artful sequences combined with thoughtfully selected music she guides students to dive deep into the body to utilize the brilliance of their focus and breath and build confidence in perhaps uncomfortable places. Connecting breath to movement and encouraging students to find their soul is Meghan’s specialty.  She guides students though a Vinayasa, Yin, Ashtanga and Slow Burn.
