Thanh Burns - A Yoga girl who follows her bliss and believes in living the most amazing life possible.
I became a certified Yoga instructor to share what I truly love - Yoga. My classes blend Hatha Yoga with creative flow sequencing, with a focus on fundamental alignments (so people won't incur injury) and pranayma breathing techniques. The classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Guilding students into the traditional poses with ease and calm breath is the essence to being present.
Why did I fall in love with yoga? My answer: because yoga works. Period. The science of Yoga gives you greater vitality and health - a limitless body, mind, and joy.
I hope to pass on my knowledge and help others discover what Yoga can do for them.
