I have always loved fitness and have been very active. As a child I was a gymnast and played soccer as a adult. My dream was always to be a fitness trainer. I love people and helping people achieve goals and feel good about themselves. I love diversity and trying new things and I tailor my fitness program the same way. I love one on one also. i love to mix up my programs incorporating different styles of exercise including Kick boxing, yoga, weights, cardio, plyometrics and Tabata exercise to make exercise more challenging and more enjoyable.
I recently followed my dream and opened a 20,000 sq ft fitness facility with my husband and loving every minute. I currently specialize in many types of training which give me a lot of options for creativity. One of my specialties I teach is an amazing Barefoot boot camp in the hot room that gained a huge following. This class is a fusion of yoga and body weight exercises that will meet your flexibility, strength training and cardio needs. I am a certified Kickboxing instructor and I received my 200 hr Yoga Teacher training in beautiful Bali. I look forward to some opportunities to travel to some awesome resorts and meet some amazing people. Happy Traveling :)
