Born and raised in the panhandle of Oklahoma, I grew up being a tomboy. With little to ""do"" in the panhandle, sports become everything to me. I participated in every sport offered at our school and somehow managed to excel in all of them. However, I fell in love with the game a basketball and that became my passion for many, many years. I attended Oklahoma State University on a basketball scholarship where I got my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After college, I pursued collegiate coaching and coached for 1 year before falling in love and getting married. I left coaching to dedicate my time to being a full-time wife and the mother of two beautiful children, Landry age 3 and Hudson 10 months. While still working out on a very regular basis, I knew the next step in my life was to share my love for 'teaching/coaching' and pursue a career in Group Fitness. With its flexible hours, this career path has let me be the wife and mother I so desire to be, yet fulfull my desire to be active and healthy, and of course, contribute finacially to our family! I've thoroughly enjoyed being a Group Fitness Instructor and look forward to many more years of teaching.
