My passion and love for fitness and teaching started with step and wanting to be a great inspirational instructor. This over the years has evolved to helping students gain knowledge of their bodies, health and finding joy in all fitness provides. Having a cross training approach with mind/body and cardio allows me to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. I love to make everyone feel successful and to finish class with a sense of well being and health!
