Cynthia Strong

  

 

Cynthia Strong created Strong Bodies in 2002 due to her passion for fitness which began in the early 1980s.  Cynthia is a Certified Personal Trainer, Post-Rehabilitation Specialist, Aerobics, Zumba Instructor, Body Pump and a certified in nutrition consultant.  Cynthia is very dedicated to her work and takes great pleasure in helping people reach their fitness goals so that they may live a long healthy life.

Cynthia is unique in her personal training because she truly cares about people and their well-being.  She takes the time to get to know her clients and their lifestyle and based on that knowledge creates an individual personalized workout for each client.  She has a great knack for motivating people and makes working out fun.  Her personal clientele range from ages 15 – 80 and include both male and female.

Cynthia has a strong working relationship with many fitness centers in the Reston, Herndon, Ashburn and Sterling area.  She teaches a variety of aerobics classes which include but are not limited to step, muscle strengthening, Body Pump and Pilates at the following fitness centers:  Sallie Mae, Claude Moore Rec. Center, and Gold’s Gym in Herndon, Reston, Sterling and Ashburn, Virginia and Sport & Health in Reston.  She is constantly learning new techniques to improve herself, her clienteles’ fitness routines and her business.

Before Cynthia created Strong Bodies she worked for Sprint Communications in Reston as a computer software specialist for 16 years.  She resides in Reston with her 2 cats.
