Maria Pappas

I would like to introduce myslef as a mother as an educator and an insturctor. Everything I do from motherhood to teaching an aqua class i do with passion. My lastest passion has been teacing aqua classes and changing the way people feel about aqua. It does not just have to be a clss for the less conditioned individual. I bring something differnet to my classes so that all levels of fitness are covered. Teaching yoga is my forma of meditation. I teach anything from a power yoga to restorative. My strength classes leave my members excited, and stronger day by day.
