Pamela Martin

Pamela has been practicing yoga for 18 years and received her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200-hour certification in April 2009 in Ashtanga yoga. She completed an additional 300 hours in advanced yoga training through Marianne Well's Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2014 to become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She teaches a vinyasa flow style of yoga facilitating a physical and spiritual unfolding from the inside out with the intent of cultivating awareness, connection, unity and well-being. Her vision is to inspire the discovery of inner Light for personal growth and wellness in Spirit, Mind, and Body one Life at a time. She empowers her students to create an individual meaningful experience by providing an uplifting and nurturing space to explore the yoga practice. She encourages students to find stillness in their postures while linking breath and movement as a way of practicing meditation.
