My passion in life is health and wellness. I am a dedicated yogini and practice everyday! I grew up as a dancer and trained in the classical Indian temple dance style of Bharathanatyam.
I have been a chiropractor for the last 22+ years with an emphasis on preventative and proactive health. I love helping people keep their spinal flexibility and joint mobility functioning at their maximal potential.
I am also a certified HeartRise Meditation Leader and have my 200 Hr YTT as well as Restorative Yoga teacher certification. I am continuously updating my skillset and am focused on calming down the nervous system while creating a sense of peaceful bliss in the body and mind.
