Sara Lohmeyer

I have been a dancer my entire life.  I attended the University of Wyoming on a dance scholarship and later transferred to the University of Oregon where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Dance in 2000.  I've worked with several small dance companies in Eugene, OR, Tucson, AZ, NYC and Denver, CO.  In 2004, I completed my Pilates Certification.  I taught Pilates all over NYC including The Lab in Brooklyn, NY and David Barton Gym in NYC.  In 2007, I moved to Denver, CO.  Since then, I've been teaching at Center Strength Pilates Studio and recently began teaching CARDIOLATES at One Pilates Denver.  In September 2013, I will begin a new adventure!  I will be attending the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I am also a proud mother of 2 boys and have been married for 9 years.
