So who am I? Certainly not just some ordinary southern comfort from Charlottesville, Virginia with a common bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington. I am a runner, a manager, a trainer, a health enthusiast, a baker, a giver, a lover, and a survivor of life’s oh so many challenges.
I am runner who has personally experienced the positive benefits of cardiovascular exercise on both body and soul. I am a runner who revels in the fact that all I need is my running shoes and the ground beneath my feet to keep in good health.
I am a manager to over 100 students at the University of Virginia in the Intramural Recreational Sports Department. I am a manager of students, healthy outcomes and individuals, and of the aesthetics of fitness facilities.
I am a Personal Trainer who thrives off of watching her client reach their healthy goals. I am a Personal Trainer who understands the benefits of positivity.
I am a health enthusiast who investigates on all the latest health trends and routines.
I am a group exercise instructor who is energized by the group of smiles and hard workers, all trying to reach their healthy goals.
I am a baker who finds stress relief in adding flour to water, creating a cake to die for or perhaps a low calorie option still to die for.
I am a giver who would give her heart and soul to all in need.
I am a lover who loves with every aspect of my being.
I am a survivor of life’s little challenges at 26 and a fighter for the many challenges to come.
