Maria N.S. Mobert

Maria was born in California, relocating with her family to Mexico City,  she started her dancing career at an early age. She learned different dance modalities; Ballet, Jazz, Polynesian, Mexican Folk and Modern dance. In 2001 she concluded her undergrad studies obtaining a B.S. in Learning Sciences and a Graduate Certificate in Dance from UDLA in Puebla, Mexico.  In 2003 moved to Boston to pursue a M.S. in Administrative Studies at Boston College. Continuing with her career in dance and movement Maria explored new dance forms and started her Pilates education with Balanced Body University obtaining Balance Body Barre and Core Barre certification, Mat 1, Mat 2 and Reformer 1. She is currently working towards full Pilates certification. She is also AFAA certified.
