Rochelle Brown

I was born & raised in Chicago, Illinois.  Married with two children.  I have a B.A. from Robert Morris University.  I graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Alpha Beta Gamma Honor Society.   I am presently a Linehaul Manager for FedEx Ground.

I am a Certified AFAA Group Exercise Instructor,  ZIN Member and Registered Affiliate.  Licensed to teach Zumba® Basic Steps 1 & 2, Zumba® GOLD, Zumba® Gold Toning, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba® Toning, Zumbatomic,  Zumba® Sentao and Line Dancing.  CPR, First Aid and AED Certified. 

My passion is to provide a service to local communities that assist their residents in enhancing their lives through community involvement.  These activities are proven to relieve stress, strengthen self-esteem, embrace a healthy lifestyle and build character. 

I instruct each class with an energy that encourages students to have fun through learning at their own pace. Come join the party!  I look forward to seeing you in class.
