As a fitness professional who has personally lost 110 lbs I understand the importance that physical fitness has on our lives.
I have been teaching aerobics and dance since 1999. I started off in high school as a cheer leading coach and became a dance coordinator for the YMCA in 1999. At the YMCA I became dual certified as a land and water fitness instructor and also received my CPR, First Aid, AED and other medical certs as well (which I keep up to date). I taught both land and aqua at numerous Bally's and YMCA locations and got certified through another national fitness organization since then. I teach many specialty classes like "Hip Hop Cardio", "Water Bootcamp", "Express Aqua", "Deep Water Fitness" and others. I also served as a water fitness trainer/coordinator at one of the YMCAs I worked at. I have been associated with and teaching with FitBodies Inc. for 3 years now.
