OBJECTIVE: To inspire yoga students by providing a safe space for growth and exploration of both body and spirit.

?I show dedication to the safety of my students by  stressing proper alignment and conscious movement. My motto is ?practice today so you can practice tomorrow.?

?I aim to meet students where they are by adjusting the class to fit their needs.

?I maintain a strong focus on Pranayama and ?letting the breath guide the movement.?

? I often include the use of music, quotes and visualization techniques to enhance my class and to assist students in delving deeper into the experience.
