Part-time.  Answer the telephone and schedule appointments with commercial and residential clients.  Responsible for all mailings as well as filing, faxing, and scanning information into insured’s files electronically.  Assist insureds with cancellation of prior policies, process payments made in the office, create binders for commercial clients with yearly policies, and order office supplies.

Heritage Hills Athletic Club/Hard Kohr Sports & Fitness –
Membership Sales/Group Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer
Part-time.  Sell fitness memberships to potential members.  Teach various classes to members of the fitness facility.  Work with members on overall health and nutrition.  Lead members through workout programs to improve their cardiovascular level as well as strength training.

Previous Employment:

Assist customers in the retail center with brick and stone selections.  Process orders through computer system, collect money owed, and schedule deliveries.  Handle all invoices for the brick center.  Count and enter inventory on a monthly basis as well as handle all accruals and journal entries for month end.   Coordinate advertising for the brick center with local newspapers, and organize the yearly exhibit at the York County Builders Home Show.

Assist clients in selecting plumbing and/or HVAC upgrades through company-owned showroom.  Generate new business through meetings with building and remodeling firms.  Attend trade shows, volunteer for various committees through local building organizations, and assist with marketing materials.

Generated new business through meetings with building, plumbing, and remodeling firms.  Assist clients with the plumbing selections of new homes or remodel projects.  Input orders and billing tickets into the computer systems.  Meet with vendors for new product information and showroom displays.  Develop all marketing ideas for the York showroom, and plan and coordinate all trade shows.

Assistant to two Attorneys.  Managed their schedules, answered the telephone, typed letters to clients, and dictation work.  Also assisted in preparing legal documents and real estate settlements.

 

Pasch Construction & Realty – Executive Assistant
Directly assisted the President/Owner of the company with scheduling appointments and maintaining his daily schedule.  Answered the multi-line telephone, assisted potential buyers with questions on building and developments on the telephone and at open houses.  Responsible for typing all contracts – new home sales and re-sale homes.  Entered all re-sale homes in the Multiple List System.  Processed purchase orders, invoices, and checks on a weekly basis.
