Jennifer Dapper has 18 years of experiance working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer along with teaching many differant formats of group exercise, she has also run her own private bootcamp, travel to five star resorts to teach yoga and has been a master trainer/ assistant manager for a fortune 500 company. Although her career is health and fitness her passion is her practice and teaching of yoga. Jennifer has been teaching many differant formats of yoga at multiple studios for 14 years. As a health practitioner she adresses the most common health issues along with chronic disorders with a individual holistic approach for emotional and physical well being.
