Pamela Cohen

Pamela Cohen has been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2012. She began practicing yoga as a way to stay physically fit despite her knee and back injuries. The benefits have exceeded her expectations of physical fitness and allowed her to improve her overall health on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level. She teaches vinyasa flow yoga that is available to all levels, providing many modifications along the way. Students can expect a bit of humor, compassion, and a wide variety of music ranging from the Beatles, Sarah McLaughlin, Pink and Kirtan music. Pamela is a May 2013 graduate of the Savannah Yoga Center 200 hour yoga teacher training program and registered with the Yoga Alliance.
