Cindy Conlon

I am the Education Director at the Heartland Spa in Lake Geneva, WI, and am certified to teach yoga, Pilates, and meditation. I have completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program and have studied at the OSHO International Meditation Center in Pune, India. I have a Ph.D. in education, and teach classes in meditation at the Wellness Center at Northwestern University. I have deepened my yoga and meditation practice by participating in workshops at the Esalen Institute and the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. This summer I will complete an additional 200-hour yoga teacher certification program at White Lotus in Santa Barbara, California.
