Tracey began teaching fitness classes in 2002 -- a fitness enthusiast all her life, Tracey instructs a variety of fitness classes including aerobics, strength/core training, cardio dance, Balletone and water aerobics. She holds certifications from the American Fitness Association of America, Les Mills International/Body Training Systems, Resist-a-Ball, Balletone and the American Aerobic Association International.
With a background in competitive baton twirling and modern, ballet and jazz dance, Tracey has always made fitness and movement classes a part of her life and relishes the opportunity to inspire and encourage others to enjoy its many benefits.
