I have been active my whole life and returned to practicing yoga as a balance to my other activities. After a few years, I decided to get certified so that I could share my love of yoga with others and continue to learn and practice with more commitment. I am a 500 Hour Certified yoga teacher. I currently teach at two Saratoga studios-- Saratoga Springs Regional YMCA and Saratoga Hot Yoga. My classes are for ALL levels . I love to travel and have already experienced this programs at Secrets in Cabo, in April 2104... Needless to say, it was amazing!
