Angela Tessau

Greetings!  My name is Angela Tessau, and I am a Stott Pilates certified instructor in mat and reformer.  Teaching is a very important part of my life.  I have been instructing Pilates for over 5 years now, and am passionate about Pilates, yoga, and overall wellness.  I enjoy meeting and teaching new people, and am looking forward to this opportunity and new adventure!
