I am a fitness enthusiast, practicing and creating workouts in my everyday life! I have 2 young boys that keep me very active! When I work out I have more energy to get through my day and keep up with them! I feel great about my health, body and mind due to exercise, without it I would be a very different person!
I got certified as a group exercise instructor through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America in September of 2012. After that I got certified to teach Stroller Strides! So currently, I am teaching Stroller Strides, boot camps and group workouts! I love it and am always looking for more!
