Brandy brings over a decade of experience to class as she guides you through rhythmic Hatha yoga. Experience mindfulness in motion as she tailors each class to the present moment of the participants' needs. Classes vary in intensity, as she likes to incorporate aspects of yoga therapy in restorative classes, and can also provide vigorous flows for other groups. Her classes do share the same framework by beginning with breath work, then they move through progressive asana flows, and end in deep relaxation. In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher, Brandy is a Certified Health Coach, has her Masters degree in Health Science, and is passionately inspired to share holistic health education with people in group and individual sessions.
