Stefanie Komen

Stefanie Komen was raised and educated in Germany, Hamburg and completed her A-levels successfully in 2007. She then studied Marketing and worked in a Marketing company for 2 years. After she completed her studies she left Hamburg and moved to London, Great Britain. In London she finally found her passion and started working at a gym called LA fitness as a Receptionist. She quickly realised that Health and Fitness is something she really enjoys and started studying for her Personal Training Diploma. A few months later she successfully completed her Diploma and got a promotion from her Receptionist role to a Fitness Manager role in a different branch of LA fitness. She really enjoyed her job and also started training people alongside her fulltime job. She had her own client base and used to teach different classes in LA fitness all around London. After almost 2 years of working for LA fitness a different opportunity opened up to Stefanie. She had the opportunity to work and travel for 3 months in Ziimbabwe and also other countries in Africa. She didn't have to think about it any longer and flew out to Africa to work at a gym in Bulawayo.
