By college, I was determined, motivated and even confident that I would lose weight fast since I'd be away from Carb Central (AKA my parents house). And I did, I lost a couple of pounds and gained it right back. As the years went by, my weight fluctuated but this time, it fluctuated because I would start aiming towards a realistic fitness goal, cheat and give up. I had not understood the balance that I needed. My good pal Kalie Mayer introduced me to Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam and I had fallen in love with the feeling of sore lovehandles. I was in love with her energy, her style, and I fell in love with Beachbody trainers. It was such a quality workout with the perfect cues, the ideal moves, exceptional music and THE BEST SPOT IN CLASS!!!

I graduated college and gained weight while trying to find my spot in this world. I really tried to find a job in my field, I was left with call center jobs that opened the doors to eat more junk food while being stationary for 8 long hours everyday.

In February 2012, I had decided to quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey and to dive into my workout schedule! Since then, I had lost SOME weight and maintained it because I do still struggle to find a balance between Nutrition, Fitness and maintaining a social life. I have made endless excuses for myself and decided to completely stop. I aim on helping you as much as I can because I understand the struggle of losing weight, shedding fat and building muscle.

I am more than proud to announce that I am now TURBO KICK certified and I am still motivated to get to the best shape I have ever been.
