Shape Health Club. My Zumba classes are tylored to include movements that target certain muscles in the body such as abs, gluts, and legs. As a fitness enthusiast I workout 6 to7 days a week. I attend verious group exercises and other Zumba classes as well. I have been trained by professional body builders since 2007 and I am currently working towards accomplishing my goal of competing in a body building show.
