Tony Fernandes

Tony Fernandes started his career by training in Kempo Karate at the early age of 7.  During his teenage years, Tony moved to Colorado and began learning Taekwondo.  He quickly progressed through the ranks and won a national championship in 2001. He currently holds a 3rd degree black belt from the American Taekwondo Association.  After the events of 9/11, Tony enlisted in the Air Force and has been on active duty traveling the world.  He began studying exercise science in 2005 and has instructed soldiers overseas in self defense and combat tactics.  He holds several fitness certifications and is constantly seeking new classes to expand his knowledge in fitness and nutrition.
