My vision is to guide my students towards the path back to themselves through the practice of dynamic asana, breath awareness and meditation. All of my teaching maintains that movement follows the breath and that asana is in dedication to the breath as well as the prana that rides the breath.

I have been practising yoga for about ten years, teaching for 3 years. My style has been influenced by various teachers and I offer a strong vinyasa asana practice coupled with pranayama and meditation. I offer my students ways to modify the practice knowing that every person is different yet yoga is for everyone!
