Fitness is a journey of overall health and personal growth, one workout at a time!

 

I have shared my passion for health and fitness for over 20 years through a variety of group fitness classes including: step, Hi/Lo, Bosu, TRX, Beaming, Yoga, BodySculpt, Circuit Training,  and Inverval Training.  I began teaching group fitness in 1990, and designing personal fitness and strength training programs in 1994.  I am truely grateful for the opportunity to share fitness with all individuals. I currently teach 8-10 group fitness classes weekly, in addition to personal training and managing the group fitness department at the VOSJCC.
