I am found of yoga since at least 10 years now, and I practice a strong yoga flow every day so when I teach, I know what I am talking about.
I teach a mix of Tibetan Yoga and strong Vinyasa, which is a great way to strenghten your body and calm your mind.
I am passionnate about what I do and I try to share it with my students.
It's exactly the same about nutrition, I really believe that you need to know how to eat well if you want to be happy. Personnaly vegan, I am not trying to convince everybody that that's the right diet, we all have a different body and we all have different needs.
