Born from a bicyle chain, not an umbilical cord, I always feel on top of the world when I am out on my bike, or teaching ride classes. An assistant principal at a middle school by day and energy ride instructor by night (or sometimes early morning), I have a joie de vivre that is contagious to all those around me!
