I was a competitive dancer(ballet, tap and jazz) for 12 years. Although unaware at the time, I now know the positive benefits of good nutrition and being active to the overall health to one's well being. I have been a vegetarian for 7 years and had to learn through trial and error how to cook and bake food from scratch using fresh whole and when available, organic ingredients. I love travelling and meeting people from different countries. I love languages, art and music. I am a huge animal lover. I love teaching yoga, especially to people who are brand new to it. I am also a Reiki Practioner level 1 and 11. I look forward to bringing this healing gift to my yoga students.
