I currently train at Snap Fitness in both Eldridge and DeWitt, IA as a personal trainer and a group class instructor. I teach both Boot Camp and Core Training classes. I love to help people live a healthy lifestyle and reach their desired goals through hard work in the gym and the kitchen.
