I am an active, married mother of three children ages 12, 10 and 6. Fitness has always played a big role in my life from running 10ks when I was 8 to becoming an ACE certified instructor during college. I love the outdoors and have participated in many sprint triathlons and running races. I am an experienced downhill skier and mountain biker and have really enjoyed having my kids join me in my outdoor pursuits. I juggle my training and teaching around my family and love to inspire others to make fitness a part of their daily life. I am energetic, outging, approachable and love to have fun. I teach my classes with high energy and have been told on numerous occasions that my personality is ,"effervescent." I enjoy teaching and training all ages from children to senior citizens. My biggest thrill as a fitness professional is to see my clients be able to improve their qualitity of life after my classes. My most inspiring client is my 90 year old tennis player who wanted to rehab from heart surgery to get back on the court. His doctors told him he may never be able to play again, we got him healthy and back to pursue his passion and now he plays on the senior tour. Fitness can truly change lives and I feel fortunate to be a part of it.
