I was born in Brazil and have worked as a personal trainer and fitness consultant in the Boston-Provincetown area for the past 12 years. I managed the Hyannis Athletic Club and worked as a personal trainer at the Boston Athletic Club, Provincetown Gym and Mussel Health Club. My early background in athletics, especially boxing, beach volleyball, swimming and soccer, taught me the importance of physical fitness. I realized at a young age how fitness contributes to a healthy mind and soul. I seek to integrate all my sports experience with fitness education to individualized sessions customized for my client’s needs. With the right amount of dedication, I can show you remarkable gains in muscle mass, mobility, posture and vitality along with excess weight loss. In addition to traditional body building, my programs focus on pillar strength – building the muscles attached to the hips, pelvis, lower back, abdominals and shoulder blades. By building these vital muscles, the whole body grows stronger with a greater immunity to hip and lower back problems. To be fit is not just about having nice legs or biceps.
