I have been teaching group fitness for 25 years. I enjoy helping and motivating others to be the best they can be. It is very inspirtional to me to see people gain power, strength and confidence in my classes. I enjoy  teaching to small groups as well as up to over 100 people. I have a dance background and enjoy zumba however Piyo is one of my favorite classes to teach!

I also love to mentor new instructors to help them gain confidence and the skills needed in the group fitness business.
