Tracy Aleksic

Tracy Aleksic biography:   An international yoga teacher, therapeutic and prenatal Thai masseuse, and trauma release facilitator who travels the world and inspires people to embody their fullest potential.   She is known for her lighthearted attention to detail and her passionate dedication to the practice.   With her education and vast experience she weaves anatomical focus, emotional balance, and energy awareness intermingled with a playfulness using movement as medicine.  After completing her master yoga teaching certification, she traveled extensively around the globe for several years studying various traditions which she incorporates into her yoga and teaching practices, as well as her healing arts applications.  She knows yoga is healing and has a contemplative, dynamic, and joyful approach to the practice.  She teaches hatha and yin, and since the birth of her daughter she also teaches prenatal, postnatal, and mommy and me yoga.  Tracy is now proud to call San Diego home.
