I have been teaching yoga for the past 11 years. I came to the practice of yoga in the 90's as a way to complement my running. I have completed several yoga certifications completing my Level 1 Yoga Therapy certification in Fall 2015. Having worked for years in the medical profession this seemed to be a natural progression. I have 2000+ hours teaching classes, workshops, private instruction as well as many hours spent working with Seniors. On a personal note, I love anything outdoors including hiking and camping. I love to read. Yoga has brought me physical strength but has also allowed me to bring balance to my life spiritually and emotionally through meditation and breathwork.
